The following paper aims to provide precisions about the topic “groups of contracts” that are vinculated with an identical and common purpose that cannot be achieved with an individual contract becouse it’s needed the confluence of a mayor number of them. In order to describe accurately this situation we consider appropriate focus in four aspects: the historical evolution of the phenomenon, the impact of it regarding the relative effect or rule of contracts, to arrive, finally, to it´s two particular requirements: the objective element (pluraity of independent contracts) and the subjective element (common economic purpose).
