General commitments of the authors and transfer of rights under the Creative Commons license

Authors who publish in Teks del Sud accept the following conditions:

00. Assign to Teks del Sud, thematic journal of the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism of the Catholic University of Salta, the right of the first publication of the same, under the Creative Commons License (Attribution / Non-Commercial / Share-Anyway 4.0 International). Said license allows third parties to use what is published as long as they mention the authorship of the work and the first publication in this journal;

01. Certify that you are the original author of the article and that it is the result of an original research, product of your direct intellectual contribution;

02. To be the full owner of the economic rights over the work so they can transfer without limitations the rights assigned here, becoming responsible for any litigation or claim related to intellectual property rights, exonerating the Catholic University of Salta from liability;

03. Make sure that the article is not being nominated for publication in another journal or publishing medium and commit not to nominate it in the future while the evaluation and publication process is carried out, if accepted. However, Teks del Sud admits the publication of a work that expands another (for example, a communication or abstract in the proceedings of a congress or a short note); as long as it is properly cited and the modifications imply a substantial reform or an advance in the state of knowledge of what has been previously published;

04. Authors can make other independent and additional contractual agreements for the non-exclusive distribution of the version of the article published in this journal (such as, include it in an institutional repository or publish it in a book) as long as they clearly indicate that the work was published for the first time in this journal.

05. Knowing that Teks del Sud is a non-profit and open access publication in its electronic version, which does not pay the authors, they grant authorization for the article to be disseminated electronically and in print or by other means magnetic or photographic; be deposited in the Institutional Repository of the Catholic University of Salta; and be incorporated into the databases that the publisher considers suitable for indexing.

Collaborations that do not comply with the guidelines indicated in these regulations will be returned to the authors with a deadline to make the adaptation. Once the manuscript is adequate, it will be registered with the date of receipt and the external evaluation process will begin.
