Digital Teaching Skills in Teacher Training Proposals
Description of a teacher training project
Abstract
The aim of this paper is to put into practice teacher training programs in didactic and digital skills which generate a didactic and digital change in the application of technological means, centering in active methodologies. Training processes for skill acquisition, which must be comprehensive, are developed by stages, through processes and successive practice. Five areas of competence were selected: Knowledge, Planning and Organization; Communication and Interrelation; Didactic Methodology; Innovation and Need Identification; Evaluation and Research. Innovative pedagogical practices were developed through courses for teachers in teaching and applying Digital Active Methodologies such as Case, Problem and Project Based Learning, Inverted Classroom, Digital Classroom. Effective use of ICTs to their full potential not only helps to enhance digital resources for student use but also to build new knowledge and promote an innovative teaching role.
