The art of listening for the construction of meaning and restorative responses. An interdisciplinary contribution

Abstract

The work aims to problematize and rethink professional practices, in complex socio-legal scenarios that involve young people and in which a punitive sense prevails without the real participation of the other. Thus, it is proposed to highlight the moment of the interview and, in turn, in it, the question and listening as an art that offers possibilities to consolidate autonomous and responsible subjects at the same time that judicial socio-cultural assumptions that hinder the development of such aspects are made visible. In all of this, interdisciplinary intervention is decisive, so, then, the work leads to the formulation of a specific approach strategy based on dialogical, restorative exchanges and with a focus in pursuit of human rights.
